Hi Jeff.

Me again. Actually, what I really want to do is to have a program on the server that:

1. Decodes the date on their pc
2. If it is ok, create a new encoded date and pushes the file down to their pc.

What I need to know is:

1. Is This Do-able?
2. What kind of effort are we talking about here?
