Actually, I have two clients for whom I still maintain VFP apps. I don't do much, just a few billable hours each quarter....I run VFP 9 on my 32-bit machine.

My "understanding" is that VFP 9 SP2 will run on 64-bit, but as a 32-bit app, so it won't take advantage of the 64-bit architecture. But that's only my understanding - I'm sure others can jump in with better information than what I have.
