What would a good, solid VFP developer cost in full time employment in your neck of the woods? Should be familiar with VFP9, good english skills and competent. Not a Sergey, who is a Guru (capital G) - just a decent, solid programmer. I am just doing an impormptu survey - not hiring. Jos, from what I've seen, salaries can be all over the place. There are outfits in the SE PA area that might pay in the 70's-80's - and then there are places that are looking for 3-6 month jobs and won't even pay more than $35 an hour. But then again, as recently as 2005-2006 I billed out Fox work in SE PA for over $100 per hour, and knew of a few others who did the same.

One thing - I've "generally" found that environments with both VFP and SQL Server are more likely to pay a little higher.
