Again, no idea what situation you are in, but as far as I know, judges aren't normally too interested in rewarding those with unclean hands. This sounds like a conversation you should be having with your attorney.

There is documented evidence of inappropriate conduct. Pictures and emails. The legal stuff isn't anything appropriate for me myself to be involved in, as it's my loved one that's involved.
