I believe there are methods within the U.S. federal judicial system for handling sensitive data. I'm fairly certain there are methods within a military tribunal system for handling sensitive information. As I understand it, some of the detainees are going to be tried in federal court, while some are going to be tried in military tribunals.
Either way, there has to be some kind of legal recourse for these detainees. To hold them, indefinitely, without some kind of trial (military or federal) isn't right.
