I think it's incumbent on us to help all people to achieve what their ability dictates, no matter their origins. Reality is that members of groups that have traditionally been discriminated against may need more help to do that, even if the discrimination no longer exists (and I think that's arguable anyway).


When you say "may need more help", are you talking about mandated help, i.e. from the government, i.e, by force?
