Sotomayor isn't the one I was referring to. I was speaking of the affirmative action people I've seen who were elevate many levels above their competency, who have done major damage to the system. We've got cops, DAs, public defenders, and especially judges who have no business in those positions. When someone doing clerical work makes mistakes, it's not nearly as critical as it is when one is supposedly articulating the facts and circumstances in a homicide case.
