First an ACOPY to copy this array to a temporary array. Then an ADEL to delete the first column and then the ASCAN.

ACOPY(my_array, laTemp)
ADEL(laTemp, 1, 2)    && Delete the first column
?ASCAN(laTemp, 3)

>my_array[1,1] = 1
>my_array[1,2] = 3.00
>my_array[2,1] = 2
>my_array[2,2] = 450.00
>my_array[3,1] = 3
>my_array[3,2] = 2.00
