It's almost 24 hours later and the game is still in my head. The first 10 minutes the Red Wings kept the pressure on relentlessly, almost all the play in the Penguins' end. And then when the Pens got their first power play they somehow turned the tables. They didn't score on that one but from then on they were the ones applying the pressure. Having Sidney Crosby knocked out of the game (he returned later with guts and little ability) didn't hurt, either. Here's your one man team, Jack.
The announcers said at one point that Maxime Talbot, who scored both goals, came onto the ice before a game in Toronto this season wearing a helmet and one of Sidney Crosby's jerseys. The fans thought he was Crosby. He said it gave me a new appreciation of what it's like to be him.
