You made me smile, possibly a first in this thread.
I was not saying any of the hard right jurists are incompetent. Maybe Thomas is not up to the standards of the Supreme Court but they are all competent. My discomfort is so many of them have a POV. Seriously, one more vote with them and they can have a noticeable impact on life in America.
