Since there is no cure against ebola accept decapitation (you will not die by ebola) try to drown those people. It coundn't go worst.

You might have only one try. Make the best out of it.
Use a solvent you prefer. common would be water or pour alcohol, but possibly Gin or a Single Malt will work too.
If you have an old bottle of austrian wine it could be good, do good ones you remeber from the 90's, glycerine is prefered solvent too.

The dilution you mention is for very heavy diseases only. A typical Belladonna D4 / D6 will hold enough alcaloids to do something. Some of them will stop spasm, while other will work as a sedative. But this is for problems that will heal within half a week anyway.
