>>>Hi All,

>>>What would a good, solid VFP developer cost in full time employment in your neck of the woods? Should be familiar with VFP9, good english skills and competent. Not a Sergey, who is a Guru (capital G) - just a decent, solid programmer. I am just doing an impormptu survey - not hiring. You can reply privately if you feel the need to do so - I welcome your feedback.

>>There is no VFP developer nor VFP jobs at Turkey. So I'm trying to move SAP programming. ABAP developers earn good money. I'm just care money after age 38. ;)

>What do you think of SAP?
-It's so expensive.
-World's number one ERP (It's better than Oracle ERP, Microsoft Axapta is so weakness and Nav is like a toy opposite to SAP).
-Customer implementation timeline is so long (beginning 3 months up to years).
-It seem so complicated and so old fashioned.
-ABAP is an easy and powerful OOP language but it's environment is seem so old fashioned too.
-I see a lot of things written in german in it and it makes SAP more difficult for me.
-If I would be an ABAP developer it saves me until retired.
-Some mature SAP consultants can earn even 1000€ for a day. It's so so good money for Turkey.
-At Turkey it's hard do work as an independent consultant usually -except SAP-.
