I stand by that statement today.

You have a strange way of deciding "when" to stand by something.

< However posting those views and responding to an opinion poll are not the same thing.

And that would be because...???

Back then, I noticed that many from other countries tended to think that a view entered here by a member of a country was a commonly held view elsewhere in the country and that simply isn't true. When it comes to destroying human life; it should be the last and only remaining option for a nation to survive and only in self defense.

I agree with the last sentence - and if the events of 9/11 weren't enough to make you realize we've been at that stage for a very long time, maybe there's no fundamental difference in your view and Walter's view of the actual threat we face.

Tracy, what's it going to take....a bomb in your own backyard, for you to see????

Your statement supported Walter's view of Americans and I really don't know many folks who share the same view as you when it came to that message I responded to.

I think more Americans share the view that you're comfortable with.
