I asked Michel a long time ago why he prevents BLOCKQUOTE and FONT from working in here. They would be extremely useful IMHO, but he said they hold too much potential to hose the display of other messages. I don't think it's any worse than forgetting to close any other tag in here. *shrug*

Evidently his parser is already substituting :) for <s> PRE works fine except for how this place double spaces when you put more than one of them in a message.

For my website I created a CODEBLOCK tag in my memo fields that gets substituted by the FoxPro code when it publishes the articles.
