How can you know what the facts are? The U.S. government says it has a reliable source that makes a claim, and therefore it's a fact?

If we were to use that standard, there would be no need for trials.

So far as people being released back to the battlefield, if any country holds me for 7 years, without charge, and subjects me to torture, I'm going to have a bit of an attitude when I get released.
