I don't know what you mean by trying "pptp". In the past when customers wanted me to connect using VPN they would give me a link to download/install VPN client. This company just sent me an email with the content of pretty much what I described in my initial message. If you could expand on what do you mean by trying "pptp", I would appreciate it. Thank you for your help.
