I have written some to resize and align labels with text boxes and another to size and position command buttons inside a container so I know it can be done but I'm not sure it would be worth the effort to do an entire form. Another way might be to have it re-size normally while running and then run a process that would get the size and position of all the objects while the form is running and put them in a table that would then be accessed by a builder. Again, is it worth all that effort?

Hi John,

No, I think it's not worth the effort for this particular task. As always, I got distracted on something completely unrelated to the task I need to perform.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
