Fight the problem at it source, not the symptoms. It's a known fact that Al-Quaida recruit members in the uneducated and poor population. The ones who have nothing to loose and fall for the promises that their familly will be well threated by Al-Quaida. Etablish a relation with the different gouvernements were Al-Quada recruits to build schools to educate the population and to ensure that the wealth is better distributed.

These peoples will live better, the world will be better protected from Al-Quaida and the US reputation will raise considerably. Everybody win, except Al-Quaida.
