Here's recommended way to upgrade to SP2

  1. Uninstall VFP9. It will guaranty that all xBase parts of VFP9 will be updated properly.
  2. Reinstall VFP9
  3. Apply SP2
  4. Apply the latest hotfix 968409
  5. Get fixed SP2 help file from VFPx
  6. Get updated XSource for Visual FoxPro 9.0 SP2 if you're using it
