>Just to offer a little balance here, for the benefit of others who may be reading this thread, I've been running IE8 on all of my machines (Windows Vista, XP Pro, and XP Home) with absolutely no problems. Google Chrome, on the other hand, would cause my XP Pro machine to spontaneously reboot if I opened more than a few tabs. To be fair, that was an older version of Chrome, but I'm gun shy of it now and use it only on a very limited basis with only one or two tabs open at the same time.

The problem I ran into with IE8 (and IE7) - is that I can not access UT anymore - the login page keeps coming back. I haven't been able to figure this problem yet.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
