Do you really want your splash screen to be a top level form and do all the forms in the top level form???

>We display a splash screen with logos and command buttons at all times. This is the initial form that shows when the system is run. If a modeless form is displayed in front of this form and you click on the splash screen, the modeless form "disappears" behind the splash screen. Is there an easy way to prevent this [other than making the modeless form modal?].
