Thanks Sergey for the info - you were very helpful. I followed the steps and got the latest and greatest SP2 with the patches and decided that the printing was too slow, I got weird results on reports like #### displayed on numbers one time I preview a report and none the next time. Also I got some wierd pathing errors I didn't get in SP1, got errors when trying to rebuild indexes on a file, and just came away with a bad feeling about SP2 even in it's latest state. I'm thankful for your helpful advice though in guiding me through the steps to get the latest version. I'll stick with SP1 for now unless I end up needing a SP2 feature in the future - then I'll revisit the updates and see if they are more stable.
