Nope.

General health care was introduced to keep a healthy working force on a crowded area like europe. A healthy worker with a longer experience had some value and the blood could be squeezed out more effective. Same with general school. Was introduced since the industrial worker needs some skills. No more industrial workers here.

We see the social system fading, we see the school system fading. There is simple no need for general systems anymore.

In general there is no neeed to spend on US workers since the work is done elsewhere. In that I agree with you folks that say that general health care is useless to the US. But I do not think you do this for such reasons (you would need to read Marx, Engels and Lenin and that can burn your brain out). You simple reject it since you fear you where forced to do some solidarity to your fellow humans. Duty seems harder than voluntary.
