thread #1384470 seems to be different although also about AddProperty, my error is different and even more obscure:
"Property AddProperty not found"

this happens on in the following code fragment:

If Pemstatus (loParent, 'Anchor', 5)
	.ADDPROPERTY ('n_original_anchor', .Anchor)      <---- line throwing error
	.Anchor = 0
