legally and to STOP hiring illegal immigrants. If a company cannot find citizens of this country who will work or immigrants who are here legally who will work (that is their claim and justification for hiring illegals), employers must then follow the process to hire workers from other countries, including Mexico LEGALLY. It can be done. It just isn't free.
Even more important is the enforcement of safety and appropriate treatment in the workplace. Employment laws were created for a reason and hiring illegal immigrants does not exempt employers from providing proper treatment, salary, workers compensation, taxes, sanitation and safety.
