No, just 5 or fewer workstations. The common things are:
Using Vista only
So far, this problem seems limited to laptop only setups.

One Example setup is: 2 Dell Vostro 1510s sharing data off of a Dell Vostro 1710


Internally we have created a small network with laptops only using every bad setting possible but have been unable to reproduce any problems:
1. Hard drive cacheing enabled on the primary
2. Allow computer to turn off NIC to save power
3. Allow computer to turn off Hard Drive to save power
