Hi Enrique,
Escape sequences wouldn't be easy to implement unless you don't want a graphical output. Report designer uses, printer setup for page setup based on printers installed on your computer. To "cheat" install a generic\text only one. Select that one while designing and you will have to opportunity to define sizes up to 137.16*137.16cm. After desining and saving, open frx and blank fields expr, tag, tag2 of first record.

blank fields expr, tag, tag2
use

Then you could use that size, provided your printer doesn't have extra complains about size.
