According to the AG's office here in the Great State of Texas, insisting on a dress code that stresses 'gender specific' clothing is a form of sexual harassment. That's why State employees are required to be 'clean and neat' in apprearance.



>Basically, if there is not a written dress code enforced on all employees, then the employee can take the employer to court if they are reprimanded or dismissed etc for their dress (or lack thereof). :o)
