I was blaming on the form resize class but that too is not the case as on other machines (incl. a Win98) I can rezise the form to become a sliver and no error happens, on my machine it happens halfway to becoming a silver of a form. Debugger at that point is of no help as the only option I have is a Cancel and in the app I cannot click anything so an End Task is required.

Hi Bhav,
What is the font's settings on the machine in question? If you set your font to be large, then the HeaderHeight property must be bigger than in regular case.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
