A personal experience with this type of situation has already been posted in this thread, and I hardly consider him to be irresponsible.

You are quite right - my apologies to Grady - I just wasn't thinking. However, knowing Grady to be a responsible human being, I have no doubt that if he did not have national health insurance, he would have been sure to be covered under private insurance just like Andy and I are.
