You need to add the IN WINDOW clause to the MODIFY FILE command and point it at your top-level form. This should solve the problem with the EXE showing up in Task Manager as well. I'm pretty sure that the issue is that you have the MODI FILE window that you can see and it's open, so the app doesn't shut down.
