I don't think "Namesake" quite fits Naomi's definition. A person's namesake is somebody after whom s/he has been named. In my mind, it implies a deliberate intention to match names and most frequently matches first,middle name with first.last name.
AFAIK, there isn't a word. There is, however, a phrase. "People who have the same first and last names"
