Today I began getting 1000's of bounce-back emails in one of my google email accounts (victor.anderson)

It appears to be a 419 scam - and the bot that's doing it is using my email address for the return address. I'm not 100% sure but I think its all coming from victoranderson@gmail.com

Anyone have any ideas on how I can deal with this? Under normal circumstances I would just abandon the email address - but I'm looking for a job right now and used that email address so I can't really just ditch it....grrrr
