Reading the paper on Sunday I came across a recipe for something called Berry, Berry Cool Pie. You know those glossy coupon flyers? It was in there. It looked great for these hot days and easy enough to make even for a guy like me who doesn't have his own cooking show. I put the ingredients on the shopping list and gave it a try. As advertised, it only took 15 minutes to make, probably less. I used blueberries and cut up strawberries because that was what was on hand; I'm sure many other fruits would work equally well. Viola! Tastes great, a little reminiscent of key lime pie. I will definitely save the recipe and make this again.
