I use to make the following one:
blueberry pie
ingredients:
1 cup soaked almonds
1/2-1 cup dates soaked, discard water.
5-6 cups blueberries , not frozen.
1 banana
1 tbs raw honey
Mix the almonds and dates in the food processor until it feels like a dough.
Spread the mix on a pie plate.
Put the blueberries (minus half cup) , banana and honey together in the food processor. Mix well.
Pour the mix on the pie plate.
Put some whole blueberries on top of the pie and keep in refrigerator or freezer until firm.
Its healthy and very tasty!
