Naomi - there are far worse things one could be than to be reaching out for help or communication.
One could, for example, feel so personally inadequate they feel it necessary to go out of their way to be cruel when it is unnecessary and contrary to the generally congenial tone of the technical part of Fox forums.
Such people are making more of a comment about themselves than about you. Don't let it worry you.
