The video link you sent is very useful. So my menu is coming along pretty well; stylizing it is always a challenge (to match the existing style) but doable. By the way, the guy who put together this training video was (and maybe still is) the one who was running Boston ASP.NET user group. I used to go to their meetings but have not been there for a while.
