I was able to fix the problem myself, What I meant of size change was the original size of mailmrge.vcx was being changed to less not the compile version.

This is how I fixed the problem. There is a file mailmrge.h that was marked read only and when you compile the program the link was being removed. I renamed the whole thing including .H file and changed the corresponding variables in the class definition. It works OK.
