First of all, the kid in question is 23, though he chooses not to drink beer. However, the comment was based on his first experience with beer, when someone spilled one on him at a ballgame.

Except that I don't drink. Even if the taste weren't an issue, the fact that I have no tolerance for alcohol means I don't drink it. One drink and my joints hurt like I have the flu.
