The only areas I hoped he would excel in would be improving foreign relations and improving medical coverage. The latest information on medical reform is anything but positive.
And now this.
If the stories are true and he did indeed release Laith Qazali in exchange for british hostages, then he has totally ruined that hope. Even if it improved relations it would only be with terrorists, not with other nations and it would also be at the expense of the safety and security of our soldiers and our civilians working in danger zones.
