Preliminary reports do not state a heart attack, but a heart stoppage and then someone whose known him for years reported that he was worried about his handlers and supporters being enablers and providing too many pain meds (from when he fell and broke a vertebrae, etc) for him. He said he thought he increased what he was taking while he was preparing for the upcoming tour. Even rumours that he had cancer but that is not likely since he recently passed that huge physical required for the tour.
All speculation.
Aside from the accusations, he was a tremendous talent.
Farrah Fawcett showed great courage in documenting her illness. Did you see it? I remember back as a teenager when every young boy had her poster on his ceiling or wall.
