Yes, a great one. I could come up with a dozen classic scenes without even coming up for breath. One of my favorites is the detective's brief discourse on heat waves. "When it gets hot like this people wake up cranky and never recover. Pretty soon they start thinking the old rules are no longer in effect." Which nicely foreshadows the rest of the movie.

Mickey Rourke terrific in a small role, long before anyone thought he would ever need a comeback.
