It might happen that your enthusiasm is premature and your husband company would have to deal with additional compliance, i.e. besides local agencies his building plans would have to get approval from some Federal offices too. It could mean, at best, few months of additional time and, maybe, some more tricks accorded by ingenuous bureaucracies in future.
