I don't see the screen shot but
the properties we define are
cname_ddd -> SVPM
cname_ddf -> field name from SVPM table
cname_ddtv -> SVPMAPPLICATIONCONTROLS.DBF
IIRC, caps may be important
the RI is set up the same as for any other picklist
