>>Yes you can setup a Toolbar List for a form by setting the some properties in the form. Assuming you are working with VPME 9.1.12, Look in the VPME Technical Reference manual on page 133 "Form_Toolbar Class Properties and Methods" and review the following properties:
>>
>>cListCaptions
>>cListFields
>>cListTags
>>lAllowList
>>nListRows (can be left at 0)
>>nListWidth (can be left at 0)

>I'm having another problem with Unbound textbox. I want to display description rather than ID. I set up two corresponding properties (lLookupDescription and cLookupExpression) but I still see number instead of the description in the textbox. Is there a way to show descriptions for unbound textbox?

Yes you can but it is a little confusing and without the VPM front end you are going to keep having problems. Review page 413 "Defining Data Dictionary Properties for Non-Data Controls" in the Users Guide, I think that is what you want to do.
The good news is that everything in VPM is VFP code, no secret stuff. I do not have time now to help anymore today and I am on vacation for the next month starting tomorrow. Hopefully you can get someone else to help.

Good Luck,
Dennis

P.S. If you do not have the Users Guide or Technical Reference manuals you can download them at http://www.promatrix.com/vpmdocs/docsdown.htm
