Hi,
Two things to try.
1. Disable the realtime scanner in NOD32.
2. Open the scx as a dbf and pack it, this should remove any corruption, backup first.
Also what version of Vista is it. Also is it 32 or 64Bit
>Man, this form still blew the FoxPro prgoram up, with the same error, "Memo File is missing". I was able to recover it by renamign the numeric-named file with the appropriate file name and file extension. This is after I set the Anti-Virus scanner to ignore SCX and SCT file extensions.
