That's all covered in the helpfile: you would need Add the project before opening it. Of course, it might have been created or added on the computer you are on. If so, yes, you would open the project, that is, the VPM project. Read up on the toolbar to see what you have available to you in the IDE. There are tutorials on creating a new form, etc., that you should be able to follow now, because you will have the IDE matching the helpfile.
