Working in HTML i end up with webpages in which the following banner message appears:

"To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this webpage from running scripts or ActiveX controls that could access your computer. Click here for options."

By clicking on this it clears the way to activate the hyperlinks on my webpage.

Does anyone know code (HTML, Scripting etc) that would provide the option to allow access to the URL's by clicking on
a hot manually designed hyperlink - ie one that duplicates the microsoft banner on top of the html page.

for example - in my own location on the webpage provide a hyperlink: "Click here to allow blocked content"
