The MM .NET templates are standard Visual Studio templates, so you should be able to go to a Visual Studio 2008 Command Prompt (close VS 2008 first) and enter the following command:



DEVENV /SETUP



This tells Visual Studio to look in the template directories and add them to the template cache.
