It's a shame because Bush turned the economy over to Obama in such good shape ;-)

No one is saying that he did. This is the typical left wing talking point - blame evereything on Bush. Obama's handling of the economy is analogous to trying to put a fire out by pouring gasoline on it. This has nothing to do with Bush.
